No

We offer payment plans and self-pay options, please discuss with our patient navigators for more info.
What is your credit and payment policy?
Unless arrangements are made in advance, full payment is due within 60 days of your surgery. Elective and cosmetic surgery procedures must be paid in full prior to your surgery date.

We encourage you to connect with your insurance company ahead of your upcoming surgery to ensure everything is in order. As the insurance subscriber, it’s important to confirm that all necessary prior authorization requirements for your specific policy have been completed before your surgery date. Taking these steps will help avoid any unexpected issues with your coverage.

Understanding your benefits and how they may impact you financially can make this process smoother, and we’re here to support you along the way.

For your convenience, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf. To help ensure everything is handled seamlessly, we kindly request that your deductible and copay amounts are paid on or before your surgery date. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help!
